TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIP
ALLIES REWARDS CLUB, ALLIES Group Pte Ltd.'s., loyalty programme (the “Programme") is offered by ALLIES Group Pte Ltd., ("Company") to customers making purchases and to potential customers on ALLIES.
ALLIES Group Pte Ltd. will extend certain benefits and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended sometimes. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") form the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company with respect to the Programme.
MEMBERS' ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the Programme, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Programme, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Programme Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Programme Terms and Conditions.
COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CHANGE/CANCEL PROGRAM
The Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Programme, the Programme structure, any other feature of the Programme, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
The Programme is open to members in the regions where deliveries are possible, according to the Company’s Delivering and Shipping Policy.
Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual.
MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT
Individuals can enroll by creating an account on ALLIES. Members must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Members should promptly advise the Company of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address, by visiting Account – ALLIES and updating their Member account.
PROGRAMME COMMUNICATIONS
Company will communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, SMS, and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers and more. The Company will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Programme changes and more.
Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, the Company may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

RETURNS
Returns must be done in accordance with Company's return policy available at FAQ – ALLIES Return Exchange Policy.
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account and this action can cause changes in the tier model detailed below.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES
Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at ALLIES, count toward your Programme tier status.
We reserve the right to include and/or exclude any products/promotions/campaigns from Tier Level accumulation at the sole discretion of the Company.
Tier STATUS
Programme tier status is based solely on a customer’s total dollar spent on ALLIES.
The criteria for each Tier are as follows:
• SILVER: A Member receives SILVER status upon creating an account at ALLIES and spending an amount between £1 - £229 when making purchases on the ALLIES website. The Member will maintain the SILVER status for 12 months once the SILVER Tier is reached. Example: If the SILVER status was achieved in March 2023, it will be maintained until March 2024.
To maintain the SILVER status once the first 12 months pass, the Member will have to renew the spending amount, and reach the minimum of £229 spent for the Silver Tier to be maintained for the next 12 months.
• GOLD: A Member receives GOLD status by creating an account at ALLIES and spending an amount between £230-£739 when making purchases on the ALLIES website. The Member will maintain the GOLD status for 12 months once the GOLD Tier is reached. Example: If the GOLD status was achieved in March 2023, it will be maintained until March 2024.
To maintain the GOLD status once the first 12 months pass, the Member will have to renew the spending amount, and reach the minimum of £230 spent for the GOLD Tier to be maintained for the next 12 months.
In the event the minimum amount spent of £230 is not met, the Member’s status will be reverted to SILVER, and as such, the GOLD Tier benefits will be lost.
• PLATINUM: A Member receives PLATINUM status by creating an account at ALLIES and spending an amount between £740-£1849 when making purchases on the ALLIES website. The Member will maintain the PLATINUM status for 12 months, once the PATINUM Tier is reached. Example: If the PLATINUM status was achieved in March 2023, it will be maintained until March 2024.
Once you have reached the Platinum Tier status, you will receive the FREE Full Size Product in 7 days after achieving the Tier status.
To maintain the PLATINUM status once the first 12 months pass, the Member will have to renew the spending amount, and reach the minimum of £740 spent for the PLATINUM Tier to be maintained for the next 12 months.
In the event the minimum amount spent of £740 is not met, the Member’s status will be reverted to GOLD or SILVER, and as such, the PLATINUM Tier benefits will be lost.
• BLACK: A Member receives BLACK status by creating an account at ALLIES and spending a minimum amount of £1850+ when making purchases on the ALLIES website. The Member will maintain the BLACK status for 12 months, once the BLACK Tier is reached. Example: If the BLACK status was achieved in March 2023, it will be maintained until March 2024.
Once you have reached the Black Tier status, you will receive the FREE Full Size Product in 7 days after achieving the Tier status.
To maintain the BLACK status once the first 12 months pass, the Member will have to renew the spending amount, and reach the minimum of £1850 spent for the BLACK Tier to be maintained for the next 12 months.
In the event the minimum amount spent of £1850 is not met, the Member’s status will be reverted to PLATINUM, GOLD, or SILVER, and as such the BLACK Tier benefits will be lost.

LOYALTY POINTS EARNINGS PROGRAMME
Any Member will be eligible to earn Loyalty Points by performing the following actions:
- When Creating an Account on Account – ALLIES, the Member will receive 1000 Loyalty Points
- As a Birthday reward each Member will receive up to 2000 Loyalty Points provided that an account is created on, Account – ALLIES and the birthday information is filled in
- For each dollar spent on stand-alone purchases on ALLIES, the Member will receive 5 Loyalty Points
- By following our account on Instagram, the Member will receive 50 Loyalty Points
- By following our account on TikTok, the Member will receive 50 Loyalty Points
- For each verified purchase review (limited to 1 review per product), you will earn 500 Priority Points.
- By subscribing to our SMS notifications, the Member will receive 300 Loyalty Points
- By referring a friend, the Member will receive 1000 Loyalty Points, the friend (Referee) will also receive a £20 coupon that can be used for purchases with a minimum amount of £110
LOYALTY POINTS REDEMPTION BENEFITS
Point amount and valuation is set as follows:
50 Loyalty Points equal to £1
When redeeming points, each Member will receive a dollar value card which they can spend on ALLIES. The dollar value card will be applied on the entire order, in the last step of check-out.
When redeeming points, each Member will have the option to purchase products with points. The point value of the products will be reflected on the ALLIES shop only, and it excludes all affiliates, retailers, and partners.
The Company may alter, limit, modify the point value of Products or any other feature of the Program, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice.
Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates. The Member must notify the Company of change of email address by updating Member account information Account – ALLIES
RIGHT TO REVOKE
The Company reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Programme and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, a Member abuses any of the Programme privileges, fraudulently uses the Programme, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
NO TRANSFER
Programme benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned, or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
EMPLOYEE ELIGIBILITY
All current employees of Company are ineligible to participate in the Programme.
TAXES
The Member is responsible and liable for any applicable federal, state, or local income, sales, use or other taxes which may result from the Member's participation in the Programme.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that sometimes we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel it at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall ALLIES Group Pte Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ALLIES Group Pte Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Programme design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by ALLIES Group Pte Ltd and may be registered in the United States and internationally.
