How often should I exfoliate my skin?

Can Copper Tripeptide (GHK-Cu) be used in the same routine as Vitamin C, Retinal, AHAs + BHA? Will the other active ingredients affect the efficacy of the Copper Tripeptide?

• GHK-Cu + Vitamin C – Copper ions present in GHK-Cu can degrade vitamin C and the GHK-Cu when applied immediately after one another. Allowing product to dry down/absorb for 10-15m between application mitigates the risk of degradation. 
 • GHK-Cu + retinaldehyde – GHK-Cu and retinaldehyde (retinal and most Vitamin A derivatives) is a great combination because GHK-Cu works somewhat synergistically with vitamin A. However, delaying application for 10-15m between products is advisable. 
 • GHK-Cu + AHA/BHA – alpha/beta hydroxy acids can prematurely degrade GHK-Cu. Therefore, it’s advisable to allow product to dry down/absorb between applications to mitigate risk.

Impressive

Have tried copper peptides from other brands but none have matched up to this. After the first few days of using this, my dry and sensitive skin became significantly less red and less sensitive.

I've been dealing with a damaged skin barrier for MONTHS. I was constantly getting comedones and whiteheads and was having trouble getting back to where my skin was balanced and healthy. I've been using this serum (+ LRP cicaplast) and can honestly say this turned my skin around in 2 weeks. My skin is calmer, noticeably less red, and the dry patches around my chin and mouth are almost gone. I just bought their GF serum a few days ago bc of the results I've seen from this one product. I have not experienced pilling of any kind and it dries down nicely for layering under moisturizers/spf/makeup. So far, this serum does all the things it claims to, I can't recommend it enough!
