"I'm Andreas Christopheros, an acid attack survivor whose life changed forever in 2014. An innocent victim of mistaken identity, I faced a horrific incident when an unknown assailant threw a pint of sulfuric acid in my face at my front door in the UK.

My journey has been marked by resilience and strength. The attack left me with lifelong damage to my eyesight, significant facial scarring, and injuries to my arms and torso. I have undergone numerous surgeries to improve both function and aesthetics, each step a testament to my determination to reclaim my life.

Allies of Skin was born from healing. Founder Nicolas Travis created the brand through his own recovery from traumatic facial injuries, his personal mission becoming a global one.

In My Healing Era continues that work through a partnership with Face Forward International, an organization that provides emotional support and reconstructive surgery for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and cruel acts of crime. Working with a team of medical professionals across fourteen countries, Face Forward covers everything from surgical procedures to airfare, accommodations, aftercare, and ongoing emotional support therapy – ensuring that no survivor faces recovery alone.

Integrated Healing Advisor Devi Brown joins Nicolas Travis in guiding survivors toward inner strength through intentional healing practices. Together, Allies of Skin and Face Forward are working to change lives – one survivor at a time.
